We’re proud of our inclusive culture
We’re honoured to be long-time leaders in diversity equity and inclusion. We won our first Catalyst Award in 1994 for our efforts to promote women at BMO. 
Since then, we’ve continually raised the bar for inclusivity in our industry. In 2020, we made the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the fifth year in a row.
